Company Overview
Norris & Associates, Inc. is an eleven person organization founded in 1988. Since that time, we have experienced average annual growth exceeding 30%. Throughout that growth, we have consistently invested in the very best people and the latest technologies to support our Customers and Principals. Norris & Associates has a view towards the future and continues to position itself and its' Principals for growth.
Our staff is technically educated with each individual coming to our organization with a track record of success. With an average age of 40 and a combined background of over 80 years in our industry, we offer the best of both worlds; the enthusiasm and drive of a young organization and the experience and market knowledge that our combined backgrounds yield. Our team includes M.E., B.S.E.E., Math and Marketing degreed individuals with experience in Field Sales, Sales Management, Applications Engineering, Communications and Organizational Management.
Our markets served include the Medical Electronics, Instrumentation, Security, Telecommunications, Storage, Networking, Computer, Military/Defense, Industrial, CEM, Alarm, Automotive and Power accounts in the six New England States. We have an established presence at the key accounts within these markets and a keen awareness of the emerging companies and markets. Many of our Principals go to market through Channel Partners including Allied, Arrow, Avnet, Carlton-Bates, Digikey, Peerless, Powell, and Sager.
Our systems are the latest in information, communications and opportunity tracking platforms embracing today's technologies and equipping us for the future.
